Friendly service ... A bit late with the 20 min order of a small cheese pizza ... Only two tables with two chairs to dine in and the party prior to us needed an extra chair so I just stood . They charged .50 a pack of crush red pepper gave us like 14 of them . We asked for extra not extra extra charge us . As a business owner myself if you charge crush red pepper I would notify the patron it's .50 additional how many would you like sir/ma'am

It's always hard to rate chain pizzerias. Though service has been great and the pizza itself is quite decent when rating against other fast food pizza establishments, giving it a 4 or 5 star rating versus a mom and pop local shop that has amazing pizza with high-quality ingredients seems a travesty, so I'll settle for a 3-star rating. This location has delivered on time as promised, something unusual considering the fact it is South Beach after all and they must have tons of orders, plus navigating SoBe traffic can be quite a mission. Never have they made a mistake on my order, and they have always included the garlic butter dipping sauce and my beloved pepperoncinis. As you can see from my photo, they don't skimp on ingredients, something that chain pizzerias are known for. They have a decent selection of specialty pizzas, but you can always build your own or customize one of their specialty pizzas to include (or exclude) certain ingredients. I like "The Works", while my daughter likes the "Spinach Alfredo" so sometimes compromise is in order :) They have great deals during Superbowl and other "typical pizza eating sporting events" (such as BOGO deals), so if you sign up to their online ordering system, not only do you get a heads-up email about the specials, but you can place your order seamlessly without having to pick up the phone.

Ordered 24 spicy buffalo wings and ended up getting 24 BBQ wings. I called to get the order straight and I believe I spoke to a guy named Steve. He acted like it was my fault?! after I told him he just sighed heavily and didn't say anything. I said "you there?" And he said "yeah give the other wings back to the delivery driver". First of all what the FUCK are they going to with the other wings. I should get to keep the BBQ for them messing up my order. Moral of the story: people do make mistakes, but Steve is a fucking moron. Fuckin' Steve man -_- you blew it.

We ordered a basic thin crust pepperoni pizza. It arrived about two hours later only after we called twice to check on it. It arrived burned , dry and cut normally. It was by far the worst tasting pizza I've ever had. In fairness I have often ordered Papa John's and have been pleased with the results however never from this particular store. Quality control is severely lacking at this particular location. Next time I will try dominoes

I've recently become a bit obsessed with Papa John's thin crust pizza. I don't know how it came about, and I'm not sure how long it will last, but I'm enjoying it for the moment. Thin crust, cut regular style, usually with mushrooms and some type of meat - that's my go-to order. Add a couple garlic sauces on the side, and I'm in pizza heaven. I do have a gripe with my new obsession - for some reason, the thin crust pizza doesn't come with a dipping sauce. Meaning you have to pay 75 cents for something that comes standard with every other pizza (which costs the same price, mind you). That's just ridiculous. Word to the wise - order online or through the app. It's fast, easy, and they have *knock on wood* never messed up my order.

All of my pizza orders here have been good. And, I ordered that pizza cookie that looks so good on tv or in their advertisements, and it WAS really good. But, it never looks as good in person as it does in the advertisements. I usually get what I consider to be a "Hawain" and I don't understand why they dont' have ham and sell it as Canadian Bacon instead. I'm French Canadian and even I would say there's no difference so why make it confusing? Also - I don't think I like their mushrooms very much. Not sure what it is about them - it's been a while - but they didn't seem fresh and plentiful. Service has always been good and friendly. I take advantage of their specials but it never seems to be a good deal or great savings. I think this would be better if they sold by the slice. I can walk to this place and often do not need a whole pie to myself. It's good pizza at okay price - would order anytime.

Sad to say but Poppa has some of the best pizza in South Beach Miami. They deliver, they have good deals, and they are pretty fast. Sometimes the service sucks but what do you expect at a pizza chain... It's reliable especially when hungover from spending all night at a trash barrel club!!!

Sometimes you get a hankering for Papa John's Pizza, it just reminds you of your childhood, it's easy and dependable and you know it will always be the same. If you're exhausted and hungover, it's a reasonable go to. Well-this location screws that whole concept up completely. I am upset I have to give it a star at all! First, they are INCREDIBLY rude. Like write to corporate headquarters rude. They screw up your order, fail to deliver it, yell at you when you call to complain and blame it on you. If you're lucky enough to receive your order, it will be cold and disgusting. I hope this place goes out of business and gets taken over by a real, good pizza place.

Got a good coupon in the mail. Ordered Delivery online. Pizza arrived in 1 hour. Walking from front door to table a cockroach crawled out from inside the box and across the top of the box. Drop box, kill cockroach, throw pizza in trash. NOT HAPPY. Disgusting. Never again.
